BBQ Bison Ribs

Place Bison Ribs (meaty side down) in deep pan. Season with salt and pepper. Add water so the water covers the bottom of the pan about 1/4" deep. Pour a 16 oz. bottle of your favorite BBQ Sauce over the ribs. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 225 degrees for about 8 hours. Serve with coleslaw, baked beans and fresh fruit for a fantastic meal.
